Mr. Vijay Mehta (Managing Director)
He
was working as Regional Director (North)
in Lee and Muirhead Pvt. Ltd. for over
28 years. He is a Science Graduate from
Delhi University and well known in the
trade through out India for the high
levels of knowledge and expertise. The
entire AVG team has tremendous faith
in his dynamic leadership and the company
expects to make progress in leaps and
bounds. The growth rate is 50% over and above the preceding period.
Mr. Ashok Mehta (Director)
The second Promoter Director, a graduate
from Delhi University, was General Manager
with Lee and Muirhead Pvt. Ltd and has
for over 32 years of rich experience
at the cutting edge. He is a highly
committed and result oriented person
and achieves success in every assignment
he undertakes.
Mr. O.P. Arora (Director)
The third
Promoter Director, was Additional Commissioner
with Ministry of Finance, Central Board
of Excise and Customs and has
taken voluntary retirement to join the
company. He is a qualified Law Graduate
having an Engineering Degree from Delhi
University. He has 3 decades of comprehensive
experience and in depth knowledge in
the administration of Indirect Tax Laws
of Customs, Central Excise and Service
Tax. He is deft in liasoning with Government
Agencies and has excellent analytical,
problem solving and organizational skills.
He has written books on EOUs/SEZ’s,
the fourth edition of which was recently
released by the Hon’able Minister of
Commerce, Government of India.
